Rooftop area for relaxation, beautiful plunge pool with views, spacious, clean room
Standard rooms lack windows and noise insulation!!! The training for front desk staff could be improved to enhance guest experience. Pricing feels inflated for what is offered, especially on lower floors!!!

if only I could say nice things about this hotel. they claim to have a rooftop, yet it took forever to get someone to help with my comfort, maybe they were too busy? also, the hot water in my room was simply non-existent, how hard can it be to fix that? just couldn’t give a good review after all.

Couples seeking a charming stay
Lunala was a perfect base for us. Got a Junior Suite with a view, really spacious and clean. The breakfast in their cafe was a fantastic local vibe, I loved ordering what I wanted instead of a buffet. The staff? Above and beyond, we felt really welcomed! The rooftop? Amazing view, we spent our evenings up there.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but worth it for sure.

Had an enjoyable stay, with beautiful décor and an efficient staff. The clean and spacious room came with a cozy balcony, though being on a busy street had its noise drawbacks. Breakfast was tasty and the rooftop area was a nice touch for gatherings.

Recommend for a weekend
Spacious room, comfortable shower, featuring a nice plunge pool on the 3rd floor and a rooftop area for relaxation which made for a great evening unwind after a day of exploring this busy yet convenient location, just 10 km from the nearest airport.
Can’t fault the property in any way.

The stay featured a beautifully decorated space, with cozy rooms that included cute balconies, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The breakfast service was a highlight, particularly the local roasted meats that added a tasty touch to the mornings. However, some minor inconveniences arose, such as noise from the street impacting relaxation and the hot water in the shower being inconsistent. Despite these issues, the warm and friendly staff truly elevated the experience, making me feel welcomed throughout the visit.

Exceptional Staff and Beautiful Rooftop Views
I spent 3 nights in a Superior Double Room and was impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. The location was perfect, just an 8-10 minute walk from the vibrant Getsemani area. The staff really stood out. Rafael at the front desk was attentive, and Yesid from the cafe made our mornings delightful with a fantastic breakfast spread. One minor issue was the limited breakfast menu offerings, which could be expanded for more variety.
